Erica Thrash-Sall is the Executive Director of McFarlan Charitable Corporation which is part of the Presbyterian Villages of Michigan. Erica is a recent Larry Minnix Leadership Academy graduate and a Board Member of LeadingAge Michigan. Ryan Anderson, recent graduate of Georgetown University, returns to interview Erica.
